1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PingStag ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PingStag is an enterprise infrastructure monitoring tool that tracks website uptime, SSL certificates, and domain expiry dates. While we strive for 100% accuracy via our edge networks and backend engines, PingStag provides this service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only use PingStag to monitor websites, APIs, and servers that you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to monitor.
• You agree not to use the Service for any malicious activities, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, spamming, or excessive unauthorized API polling.
• PingStag reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these usage policies immediately and without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PingStag, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
